St. Paul's School Middle Dorm Renovations
Renovations to this student residence create an environment reflecting the School's tradition of creating a welcoming residential community within each student dormitory. The student common and entry hall are redesigned providing attractive and accessible shared spaces. Reconfigured faculty apartments provide more comfortable accommodations with better access to students while a new faculty stair provides greater privacy. A variety of new dormers create large, light-filled student rooms in previously uninhabited attic spaces. The renovation incorporates accessibility requirements and new building systems. "Their design work was creative and professional, and they delivered to us living and learning spaces that reflected our mission and the culture of the School. They were easy to work with because they guided us to the best decisions. We ended up with buildings that were far more successful than we had imagined for ourselves."
